Application Process
It couldn't be simpler to move into your perfect home with us!
Please see the step by step guide below:
2 Complete a 5 min application form, either online or in our office.
3 Pay your deposit (if there is one for your chosen home!)
4 Provide a guarantor by completing a guarantee form, within 14 days. (We do offer alternative options for those who have no UK guarantor, please speak to a member of staff for this tailored service).
5 Provide proof of rent payment, via standing order set up, for example, within 14 days. Along with your I.D. which is in line with the right to rent regulation.
